Victoria Beckham is finally making it in the US. The former Spice Girl replaced her high maintenance hair extensions with a trendy new style, the ‘Pob’.
Top US celebrities, Britney Spears and Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria have also had ‘Pobs’ - Posh bob.
Miss Spears made a surprise appearance on the Late Show With David Letterman, showing off a short blonde head of hair.
Teamed with a new slimline physique following the birth of her second child, the singer’s sleek hairstyle is virtually identical to that of Mrs Beckham.
Meanwhile, Miss Longoria, who plays scheming housewife Gabrielle Solis in the American show, revealed her new-look at the LA Premiere of Harsh Times.
Although the actress has not actually gone the whole hog and had her long, brunette locks cut off, she had pulled it up into an elaborate loose bun - giving the impression of a bob. Wearing an elegant chocolate brown satin gown, from a distance was a spitting image of Mrs Beckham.
Victoria revealed her new hair three months ago. She was persuaded to go for the chop by top fashion photographer Thiemo Sander during a photo shoot.
Ben Cooke, her personal hairstylist,carried out the transformation at his Chelsea salon.
