Danielle Lloyd Reveals How She Lost a Stone…

…Wow the way Danielle Lloyd did it is such a revelation, apparently in order to lose the weight she gave up junk food and alcohol.

All together now.. Gasp!! If only we’d all thought of that. The Daily Mail has shown a before and after picture of Danielle but she doesn’t actually look much different or slimmer, apart from a lot of photoshop work on the after picture.

Danielle says: ‘I was shocked by the photos(before). I hadn’t realised it, but I had put on a stone in about three months. It was down to the alcohol and McDonald’s breakfasts!’

‘I’d been going out every night, drinking in London clubs. It’s terrible, but I could drink up to 10 units a night.’

She continues: ‘The drinks were always free and I’d happily work my way through loads of vodka mixed with Red Bull. Then the next day I’d wake up with a hangover and reach straight for the carbs to cure it.’

Danielle adds: ‘I’d have a McDonald’s Happy Meal and a hamburger practically every day. Then I’d pick at crisps and chocolates, grab a take-away and start all over again.’

The former WAG also says that she lost weight after finding out ex-Jermaine Defoe cheated on her: ‘I was so stressed and emotional that I started to lose weight quickly.’

Dani adds: ‘I’m really pleased because my stomach and legs looked toned, and I know no-one’s going to be commenting on my wobbly bits because I haven’t got any now!’

She really is an inspiration isn’t she. I shouldn’t be so harsh I’ve actually warmed to Danielle Lloyd a lot more recently!
