Cowell Setback in Making Cheryl Cole a US Star

Simon Cowell’s plans to make Cheryl Cole a star in the USA have hit a bumpy path due to her having difficulties getting the required paperwork.

Getting the crucial Visa to work involves mountains of paperwork and a very good team of experts, but due to Cheryl Cole’s assault conviction in 2003, the application is proving tricky.

Simon is convinced though that Cheryl’s toilet brawl won’t affect her winning another battle in getting her Visa. He’s so convinced he’ll get her visa he has opened up talks about getting her a spot on Oprah Winfrey’s show.

Could be interesting seeing how the American’s get on with Cheryl’s Geordie twang, Way ayy Oprah alreet pet?
