Cheryl Cole Hard Up?
Cheryl Cole’s company is in the red, to the tune of £28K.
Girls Aloud singer and WAG of Ashley Cole, Cheryl Cole (formally Cheryl Tweedy) seems to be spending more than she can afford.
Despite Girls Aloud turning over more than £1 million last year, it looks like their company is overspending.
It has been reported that a company in which the Girls Aloud members jointly own, Tapeview, demonstrates a £28,305 loss on its accounts.
Could it be that the media wedding of 2006, between Cheryl and Ashley has left them hard up? Or is Ashley not stumping up his share, proving that money is a big motivator for the disgraced former Arsenal man?

Normal recording industry practice: quote number of albums/singles sold x price per item as turnover, stiff the ‘artists’ on royalties (which are only paid after recouping recording costs). Song publishers normally make more money than the performers, and since Girls Aloud do almost exclusively covers and bought-in tracks (written by other people), they’re not getting any revenue from that source.
