Noemie Lenoir has officially split up with Claude Makelele…It’s about time really!

This couple have certainly had there ups and downs in the past and it was always thought that Noemie was far too good for the ‘baller.

The reasons for the split have not been made public, but we expect it had something to do with Claude’s cheating ways.

But, Noemie was never going to stay single for long and has moved on to dating Rap mogul Russell Simmons. Claude has also moved on (although he never really stayed put), and has been spotted with a Noemie lookalike in Barbados.

Noemie Lenoir and Claude Makélélé‘s Parisian mansion was robbed pretty successfully last week.

The burglars took off with Claude’s Mercedes and Porsche 911 as well as thousands of pounds worth of jewellery.

Fortunately Noemie and their son Kelyan were not at home at the time.

It is an on going question, should we be looking to WAGs as fashion role models?

It is true that the WAGs do try out some trends that are just awful, but I think a lot of the more recent WAGs have come in to their own in the style stakes.

For example Coleen McLoughlin, Cheryl Cole and Noemie Lenoir.
