WAGs Boutique is new and exclusive to ITV2, Tuesdays from 30 January, 9pm.

The two competing teams of the ‘Wives and Girlfriends’ of Britain’s footballers who will be running the rival fashion boutiques in central London are as follows:

WAGs Boutique teams selected and ready to go!

All ten WAGs have now been selected for the ITV2 show WAGs Boutique, to be screened on 30th January 2007 at 9:00pm.

The reality TV Show features two competing teams of the ‘Wives and Girlfriends’ of Britain’s footballers. Each team of 5 is to set up and run the rival fashion boutiques in central London. To make things even more intense, the boutiques are situated right next to one another near London’s uber-trendy Carnaby Street.

Both teams have decided on a name for their shops ‘Bows’ and ‘Better Half’. Here is the line-up:

Bows – 33 Marshall Street

After 13 weeks the boutique with the highest profits wins, with all profits going to a charity of their team’s choice.

For those of you who would like to visit the shops, they will both be open to the public every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1st February.

WAGs Reality TV Show, WAGs Boutique, line-up has now been named

Since our blog post in October WAGs Reality TV Show, TV bosses have now named seven of the ten, glamorous line-up in the new reality show “WAGs Boutique” to be shown on ITV2.

The WAGs are to run two rival clothing shops in the Tuesday night show, beginning in January.

The first seven of the Wags who will be running the central London boutiques are as follows:

• Michaela Henderson-Thynne, girlfriend of Middlesbrough’s Stewart Downing.
• Charlotte Meares, girlfriend of Tottenham Hotspur’s Jermain Defoe.
• Cassie Sumner, glamour model and girlfriend of Chelsea’s Michael Essien. Cassie previously appeared in the ITV show Poor Little Rich Girls.
• Nicola Tappenden, Page three model and girlfriend of West Ham’s striker Bobby Zamora.
• Julie Phillips, wife of West Bromwich Albion striker and former England player Kevin Phillips.
• Jadene Bircham, wife of QPR midfielder Marc Bircham
• Heather Swan, model and actress and girlfriend of Cardiff City’s Michael Chopra.

The lucky WAG who makes the most money will get the opportunity to design her own clothing range.
