Cheryl Cole has reportedly purchased a £36,000 vacuum exercise bike, for fat busting the thighs and bum.

But the question is why on earth?? The tiny popstar has about as much fat on her thighs as I have in my right arm, if she gets any smaller we’ll struggle to see her.

The very pricey machine is designed to to reduce inches and cellulite by creating a pressurised environment inside a chamber while you cycle inside.

Sounds great if you can afford it!

Not content with attacking Cheryl, she goes on to have a moan about Ashley Cole: ‘He is the worst, he disgusts me. He jumps on everything that moves.’

‘I am not criticising just to criticise, but I have met him several times. He is revolting.’

Really Lily it must be hard work having all that anger, let it go!

My title refers to two pieces of Cheryl Cole news, firstly that she has been voted FHM’ sexiest woman and rumours that Cheryl is going solo for a while!

The WAG has beaten a number of gorgeous A-listers to be named FHM’s World’s Sexiest Woman, including Megan Fox and Jessica Alba. Yey for Cheryl!!

We’d much rather a down to earth girl like Cheryl Cole won it than an ego like Alba or Keeley Hazell.

In other news, there are serious rumours flying around that Girls Aloud will be taking a break after this tour to pursue “solo projects”. Yep we’ve heard that one before haven’t we!!

All the girls will be doing new things, including Cheryl and Nadine recording solo albums and Sarah Harding doing some more acting.

Apparently the WAG has been in talks with Whitney Huston’s song writers, interesting collaboration.

I am personally excited about this prospect, I just hope it doesn’t spell the end for Girls Aloud when Cheryl hits the big time, which she inevitably will!!

We’ve known for a while now that Cheryl Cole is her own worst critic but this latest revelation from the star really takes the biscuit…Or the celery stick!

In a recent interview for Grazia magazine the WAG freaked out a picture of herself in the early Girls Aloud days.

Although to every other sane person Cheryl looks thin and healthy in the photo, she sees herself as looking pregnant.

She said to the magazine: ‘Oh my God! Please can you destroy these?’

In fairness the girls fashion choice of baggy combats and vest tops was not their best look, but every girl group has a fashion faux pas or two.

Cheryl continued: ‘My God, my God. What an embarrassment! I was a fashion idiot. And look at my stomach. It’s huge, I look like I’ve got a little secret to tell.’

I don’t know this is a difficult one. In some ways Cheryl Cole is a great role model to youngsters but her weight issues are not good for girls to look up to.

Cheryl also says that she hates the idea of being called thin, but how could she be classed as anything else?!!

The WAG said: ‘Don’t say I’m thin. I don’t want to be thin. I hate looking thin.’

‘I don’t want to be up and down like a lollipop lady. It’s not a good look.’ - Sorry to break it to you Cheryl, but that’s is kind of how you look now!

Cheryl also admitted wanting a bigger behind: ‘I love curves. I hate the fact I have no bum. I get called flatty batty… I’d love to have more junk in me trunk. Ideally, a body like Jennifer Lopez. But I’d dress differently to her.’ - If that’s the case you need to eat a few more pies, because you couldn’t be much further from JLo at the moment Chezza.

How confusing she thinks she looks fat with a little more meat on her, but she wants curves like Jennifer Lopez, make your mind up dearest!!

It maybe a little premature, but we do think Cheryl is a deserved winner of the best dressed title, she does after always look immaculate.

According to The Sun, Ashley Cole is planning to whisk his wifey away to get their wedding vows renewed.

The ‘baller is planning to take Cheryl to Dubai, the place where he proposed.

A source said: ‘Ashley is setting the scene to renew his vows with Cheryl.’

‘He has been planning to do something special this summer to prove their relationship is back to how it was.’

We hope this trip wasn’t a surprise because the cat has been well and truly let out the bag!

Cheryl Cole has apparently put her plans of having a baby on ice, after the whole Ashley being arrested incident.

The WAG has said herself that she can’t wait to start a family, but after her hubby’s run in with the law she isn’t so keen.

A source has said: ‘She has had to reconsider the whole baby plan now. She feels the time is just not right.’

They add: ‘It is really hard for her because she wants a family more than anything in the world, but she is a clever girl and won’t bring a baby into this world until both her and Ash are ready. He has a lot of proving to do before then.’

The biggest girl group in the UK wear rubber and a lot of flesh for the promotion of their new single Untouchable.

The girls look fab in their black rubber outfits, Cheryl Cole as always looks great the only thing that spoils her look is the big tattoo around her thigh. Which kind of ruins the monochrome feel!

The new single is called Untouchable and one of my favourites off the album, so I’m very pleased they’re releasing it. The brand new video is being aired tonight on Channel 4, can’t wait!

Cheryl and Ashley Cole may face having a 1,000 yard quarry built next to their mansion.

Oh dear! Our feisty lass won’t be happy about this, with plans of a gym and swimming pool under the house a quarry is certainly not part of Cheryl Cole’s interior design plans.

Fortunately, the local residents in Surrey are not happy about the potential site for extracting sand and sandstone either.

One resident said: ‘If someone like Cheryl Cole could back the campaign we would be very grateful.’

We expect if Cheryl isn’t happy about the plans it will probably put a stop to the big hole, after all she is fast becoming a national treasure!

Having reached the top of Mount Kilamanjaro, the nine celebrities including Cheryl Cole and Kimberley Walsh arrived back in England on Monday.
