Personal Trainer and WAG extraordinare Carly Zucker has given us an insight on how she keeps in such great shape, and how we can all do the same!

Carly starts with diet, insisting that we all treat ourselves. Sounds good!

She says: ‘I like to have a treat every day. It might be an almond croissant, a piece of chocolate or a cappuccino.

Having something you enjoy in moderation makes you less likely to binge on junk and you’ll feel more motivated to stick to eating healthily and exercising the rest of the time.’

So treating yourself five times a day won’t have the same affect then?!! Damn!

Carly then moves on to fitness, where she suggests walking as a great form of exercise, fab!

‘To get started just walk. I know how released my body feels afterwards. On the run-up to the wedding just walking in Hyde Park helped me relax.’

Unfortunately, if you were under the impression Carly Zucker keeps toned and slim just by walking round a park, I think you’d be mistaken, she’s obviously a fan of hard core exercise.

Carly also goes on to say that the story that she was giving up work because it made her ‘stressed and unhappy’ got twisted.

The WAG says: ‘I love what I do and Im not going to give it up just because I’m married. My job is important to me I get a real buzz out of working with clients and seeing their fitness levels improve. Its nice to do something that has such a positive impact on peoples lives.’

‘(And) I also like to be able to buy Joe his birthday and Christmas presents from the money Ive earned from my job, rather than with his stash!’

Real girl with real values, we like Carly Zucker alot!!

Rather than go on a luxury honeymoon, the down-to-earth pair are spending quality time together at home in Chelsea.

The newlyweds were spotted having a spot of lunch in Chelsea yesterday and whilst you’d expect the pair to be all over each other, Carly spent the time texting and Joe was reading the paper, who said romance was dead?!!

Still after seven years together I guess they maybe passed that loved up phase and they are quite a private couple anyway.

Carly looked very summery in a pretty green shift dress.

Toni Terry brought a bit of WAG glamour to Carly and Joe Cole’s wedding.

As I said in my previous post the Cole wedding was a very classy affair with barely any WAGs or extravagance.

But all ‘baller weddings need that little injection of ruffles and fake tan, in this case it was Toni Terry.

John Terry’s WAG wore a purple dress with some serious ruffle action, nude heels (probably Christian Louboutin) and some fake bake.

We love that Toni brought some WAG action to the party, with Alex Curran and Elen Rives absent someone had to!

The pair got married on Saturday at the Royal Hospital Chelsea as rumoured in a very lovely ceremony.

Carly Zucker (or should it be Cole), looked very beautiful in a strapless Oscar de la Renta gown and Joe very dapper in his grey suit.

The sporting couple managed to steer clear of any WAG tackiness, there wasn’t a horse, carriage or throne in sight…The wedding appeared very classy and understated.

In their exclusive interview with Hello! Carly says that she is now very happy to be a full time WAG, meaning no work for Mrs Cole!!

Carly explains: ‘I tried it (working) before with the personal training as well as running the house, and it just made me stressed and unhappy.’

‘It wasn’t good for me and it wasn’t good for Joe and his football. I am lucky enough to be in a position where I don’t have to work.’

Indeed you are Carly, if only we could all be as lucky!

She added: ‘I am offered projects all the time, but I don’t feel I need to prove anything, or that I need a career to feel good about myself.’

It feels like the longest build up to a WAG wedding yet. But Carly Zucker and Joe Cole finally plan to say their vows in three days time.

The couple who are obviously not too concerned about their wedding plans have just got back from a pre-wedding honeymoon.

Neither Carly or Joe have confirmed or denied any wedding details but it is thought they will be getting married at the Royal Hospital in Chelsea on Saturday.

Carly has also revealed her hopes to get pregnant pretty soon after the nuptials.

She says: ‘Joe and I will be starting a family as soon as we’re married. Ideally, I would like to get pregnant on the honeymoon. That way I’ll give birth just before the World Cup.’

‘It would be great to go there with the baby to give Joe and the England team some support. Joe will be a brilliant dad and I can’t wait for us to be a family.’

We’re looking forward to seeing and hearing all the details from this WAG wedding, especially since guests are thought to include Frank Lampard and ex-Elen Rives.

Could there be some champagne and caviar thrown across the reception room, we sure hope so!!

Carly Zucker and football ace Joe Cole have signed a £2million deal for their wedding photos.

The pair are set to wed some time this summer, but no date has been rumoured or confirmed yet.

The photos will probably be in OK! or possibly Hello! and there should be a good mix of WAGs invited. Can’t wait!

We wonder what Carly’s dress will be like?? They’ll definitely be a bouffant involved in the hair style though!!

WAG Carly Zucker has landed herself a deal with Lynx posing as a cavegirl.

Our I’m a Celebrity… WAG has been very quiet since leaving the jungle, but it seems the girl was clever enough to wait for a decent gig before returning to the spotlight.

No Ultimo modelling for her, thank goodness!

The WAG said of the campaign: ‘Unleashing the man leather is about guys letting their primal side loose and driving girls like me wild.’

‘Raquel Welch looked so stunning, I couldn’t wait to get my cavegirl outfit on and pose for such an iconic shot.’

And Carly is looking pretty smokin’ in the ad, I’m glad she chose to a shoot that’s a little more upmarket, could lead to even better things!

Carly Zucker and Nicola McLean (pictured below) have returned from their stint in the jungle with plenty of photographers for company.

It is fair to say that this week will determine which “celebrities” will milk their 15 minutes of fame for all it’s worth and who really did go in to the jungle for the experience.

My guess would be that Carly Zucker will pretty much go back to being Joe Cole’s very devoted fiancee, attend a few premieres and maybe make a fitness video or two?!!

Nicola McLean on the other hand will probably go down the Katie Price route and try to develop a brand for herself.

Despite the similarites Nicola doesn’t look up to Price, saying recently: ‘I have seen what Kate said (slagging Nicola off no less) but I have nothing to say because she is an icon.

‘I have massive amounts of respect for her. If I had a quarter of the success that she has had, it would be fantastic. But I don’t want to be anyone else – I want to be me.

So who does inspire you Nic? ‘Kate doesn’t inspire me, but Pamela Anderson does.

‘Kate looks amazing but she didn’t need the surgery on her face. She beautiful before it. But Pamela is a legend.

She adds: ‘I love her (Pamela) because of the way she is with her sons. I take great pride in being a mum.’

As you can see from this picture Nicola’s little boy really is a cutie, so who can blame her!

Meanwhile, Dani Behr has made a not so suprising decision to move back to the UK (she’s been living in Oz). No doubt we’ll soon be seeing her try to make a presenting come back on Loose Women or Hole in the Wall (which if you haven’t seen yet, is worth watch purely for the lycra)!

Well not so much kicked, more like voted out! Carly Zucker and Nicola McLean have both been evicted, shattering our hopes of a WAG actually winning something!

Carly who was voted out before Nicola McLean, was more than happy to leave the jungle, in the hope she would get to see her ‘baller fiance.

The WAG has made no secret of missing Joe Cole and in fact spent most of her experience in Australia moaning and crying about it.

Seriously it was only like 2 weeks, it must be love!

To make matters worse Carly has been told she isn’t allowed to go back to England until the show finishes, and as Joe has commitments the pair won’t see each other until the weekend. Oh dear!

Carly told The Mirror: ‘I’ve had enough. I don’t want to be here anymore.

‘I just want to go home. Joe has been ringing me everyday saying he wants me back. I miss him so much. I wish I could get on a plane today.’

Unfortunately as no one is dying or ill she isn’t going anywhere!

Meanwhile Nicola Mclean who left the jungle last night admitted she was gutted because she wanted to win. But was glad she would get to see her footballer fiance and little boy Rocky.

She said: ‘I’m super excited. I was in it to win it, but I’m excited to speak to my fiancé and son. This is the hardest thing I’ve ever done.’

Carly Zucker has been crying again, much to the delight of fellow camper Dani Behr.

Former WAG Dani Behr was clearly trying to get rid of some competition by encouraging Carly Zucker to leave the jungle.

In fairness Carly has been moaning a lot lately about being homesick, did she not realise this before going to the other side of the world.

Whilst comforting Carly, Dani said: ‘If you feel like you’ve had your experience…’

‘Don’t worry about anyone in here. No one’s going to say “can’t believe she left”.  They’ll say “can’t believe she didn’t leave earlier”.’

Later on whilst in the diary room, Carly said: ‘Dani helped me out but then she said if you really want to go. Go. You’ve got nothing to lose.’

Carl’s then spoke to Simon (yummy) Webbe and said: ‘When she was going on I thought “I’ve made my mind up. I know I’m not going to go. But you keep telling me I should go.”

‘I think Dani’s trying to talk me into going. It makes me stronger.’

Ok enough already, Dani give it a rest your only making yourself look bad and Carly stop moaning or leave, because its getting a little tiresome.

There, if only I was in the jungle, I’d sort them right out!
