Carly Zucker’s Health Tips!

Personal Trainer and WAG extraordinare Carly Zucker has given us an insight on how she keeps in such great shape, and how we can all do the same!

Carly starts with diet, insisting that we all treat ourselves. Sounds good!

She says: ‘I like to have a treat every day. It might be an almond croissant, a piece of chocolate or a cappuccino.

Having something you enjoy in moderation makes you less likely to binge on junk and you’ll feel more motivated to stick to eating healthily and exercising the rest of the time.’

So treating yourself five times a day won’t have the same affect then?!! Damn!

Carly then moves on to fitness, where she suggests walking as a great form of exercise, fab!

‘To get started just walk. I know how released my body feels afterwards. On the run-up to the wedding just walking in Hyde Park helped me relax.’

Unfortunately, if you were under the impression Carly Zucker keeps toned and slim just by walking round a park, I think you’d be mistaken, she’s obviously a fan of hard core exercise.

Carly also goes on to say that the story that she was giving up work because it made her ’stressed and unhappy’ got twisted.

The WAG says: ‘I love what I do and Im not going to give it up just because I’m married. My job is important to me I get a real buzz out of working with clients and seeing their fitness levels improve. Its nice to do something that has such a positive impact on peoples lives.’

‘(And) I also like to be able to buy Joe his birthday and Christmas presents from the money Ive earned from my job, rather than with his stash!’
