Rumour has it Alex Curran could have a job, selling designer baby wear
It hasn’t been confirmed yet, but Alex Curran could be the latest face in retail as owner of a shop that sells designer baby clothes by Dior and Armani.
She isn’t going to change the world or make it better but at least the WAG won’t be living off her husband Steven Gerrard’s, footballing wages anymore.
The baby boutique will reportedly be opening in Liverpool’s upmarket area, Childwall next summer.
However Alex Curran has upset other local retailers, who are concerned they will be put out of business due to the WAGs boutique being opened.
A local shop owner has said: ‘This has caused outrage among the other baby shops in Liverpool.”
They continue: “She is married to the Liverpool captain, which practically makes her royalty here. Customers will want to buy in a shop she owns — not ours.”
Oh dear, poor Alex she’s just trying to make a living for herself!
