Alex Curran Admits to Being Unhappy With Her Figure!
Even though she’s bagged herself one of the hottest ‘baller’s in the UK, Alex Curran says she is unhappy with her bikini body and really wants to tone up.

Alex Curran, uber WAG, wife of Stevie Gerrard and only a size 10 isn’t happy with herself. So that’s it guys, all that hope we had about Alex being happy with a couple of curves is out the window, so back to the Special K diet it is!
Alex tells Now magazine: ‘I really want to tone up and get fit this year.
‘I haven’t felt quite the same about my body since having children and I would just like to be fitter to be able to keep up with my girls.’
The WAG also believes it’s more about the shape of your body than how much you weigh, she says: ‘I never weigh myself. I’m not sure what I weigh - I think I’m around eight and a half stone.
‘I can tell if I’ve put on a few pounds by the way my clothes fit. It’s best to keep off the scales as you can drive yourself mad.’
Alex continues: ‘I’ve started power walking with my mum a few times a week, though, and I can really tell the difference. I’ll be keeping it up now that I’m back from my holiday.
‘We also have a pool at home and every other day I try to swim 25 lengths while the girls are playing.’
The WAG reckons moderation is the key to dieting, saying: ‘I try my best to avoid eating carbohydrates too late at night in the run-up to a holiday. I make sure I drink lots of water to flush out my system and get rid of any lumpy bits.
‘I also snack on fruit instead of sweet treats, but I don’t think the odd square of chocolate or glass of champagne does any harm.
‘I don’t believe in denying myself anything, as it’ll only make me crave it even more.’
Doesn’t Alex seem down to earth, who’d have thought it! Alex has been getting a lot of stick from the tabloids recently for not being as toned as those WAGs who have no children i.e. Cheryl Cole and Nereida Gallardo.
